Terminals
The wiring harness terminal is a conductive element that can form a circuit with the corresponding conductive element. The terminal includes two types: pins and sockets, which play the role of electrical connection. The material used is copper and its alloys, which are good conductors. The surface is silver-plated, gold-plated or tin-plated to improve corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and rust resistance.
Low voltage connector
Mainly used in ECU, sensors, lights, etc. Low voltage refers to current of several A and voltage below 60 V. Connectors are mainly composed of plastic parts, terminals (signal, power) and seals.
High voltage connectors
Mainly meet the needs of electrification, consisting of components such as terminals, sealing elements, plastic parts, die-cast parts, etc.Connector product line can support all interfaces required in hybrid and electric vehicles.
High-speed signal transmission connector
Meets the needs for automotive ADAS, intelligent driving, and vehicle networking.
The classification of vehicle high-speed connectors can be divided into: Fakra (male+female), MiniFakra, Ethernet connectors, HSD connectors. Cameras will use Fakra, MiniFakra, T-Box to domain controller will use Ethernet and HSD, LiDAR will use Ethernet connectors, and head-up displays will use differential connectors.
